1) Village Awareness

 CRS (Customer Relationship Staff) doing Village awareness 

In village awareness process our CRS goes into the village and gives the information about Chaitanya to people in the village.

2) Customer Awareness

In Customer Awareness process our CRS gives the information about Chaitanya in detail to the Customers who are interested to become the Customers of Chaitanya. 

3) Group Formation

In Group Formation Process Customers Voluntarily Forms JLG groups of 4 - 7 members in each group.

4) Household Survey

CRS doing Customer's Household Survey

In this Process CRS will do HH Survey of Each customer to judge the ability of each customer to take and pay back Loan.

5) First Day Group Training

CRS doing First Day Group Training

In this Process the CRS collects information about each and every customers & explains about the discipline in center meeting, JLG Concept, Group discipline, Leader's roles & responsibilities,Loan Process, Repayment process, Insurance requirements & KYC to the Customers.  

6) Documentation 

CRS filling up the Loan Documents.

In this process CRS collects from customer, Photo, ID, Age and address proofs and fills the Registration and Application Form Physically.

7) Entry in Software

DEOs (Data Entry Operator)  uploads the completely filled Applications in Delphix Software.

8) Second Day Group Training

CRM(Customer Relationship Manager) doing Second Day Group Training 

In this Process the CRM ensures that all the members are understood all the aspects, rules & regulations for getting loan.

9) Household Check

CRM doing Customer's Household Check

In this process CRM do detailed HH Check of Each member, Check Original KYC, Counter Party Check, Income Level of Members

10) Loan Sanction Meeting

In this process CRM & CRS discuss about each and every applicant and decide whether to sanction loan or to reject the member. The size of the loan to be given based on the occupation of the HH and their ability to repay.

11) Loan Disbursement

Loan Disbursement at Office

Customer should come to branch office to collect the loan amount. Loans are disbursed in Branch Offices only.
