A Customer Relationship Executive, is responsible to

  • Visit various customer loan centers in the villages and collect repayment of the loans
  • Work with managers to disburse loans
  • Find potential customers and help them through the process.

A CRE visits various villages on the routes assigned to him, on his bike.

Any hard working, honest, young man – who likes interacting with people, would do well in this role.

  • Qualification: 10, +2 and above
  • Documents Required: E-Aadhar, PAN, Bank A/c, DL, Educational Documents, Relieving Letter (If Experience)

  • During Internship – Stipend-7000 to 10000, Free Accommodation with Cook and Maid to support cleaning and cooking
  • After Confirmation –
    • Salary-10000 to 13000 Gross,

    • Incentive-3000 to 4000,

Our recruitment process at Chaitanya India Fin Credit Pvt Ltd is designed to identify exceptional talent while ensuring a seamless and equitable experience for all candidates. The interview steps are as follows

  • Candidates participate in a written test to assess their alignment with the role and organization.
  • Successful candidates proceed to a 1st level of interview to test their skills and experience.
  • Shortlisted candidates proceed to 2nd level of interview to discuss their fit within the organization.
  • Accepted candidates are onboarded as Intern CRE only after the House Verification for the selected candidates are completed

At Chaitanya, we value dedication and performance. Our promotions are merit-based, with a focus on recognizing and rewarding your accomplishments. On an average, a CRE is promoted to ABM/ BM at a maximum of 6 months to 1 year based on his performance. The levels of promotion is given below,
