Actively engage with existing and potential lenders and investors for fundraising

Relationship management with various lenders, investors, bankers, rating agencies, lawyers etc.

Supporting the Head / Lead RM in meeting the borrowing plan and borrowing KPIs

Monitor the competitive landscape, testing new approaches and recommending best practices

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for smooth onboarding of lenders/investors

Overseeing timely execution of information sharing, due diligence, documentation, and compliances

Ensuring internal policies and guidelines/ SOPs are followed

High level of enthusiasm, self-motivated, drive for success, and competitive attitude

Good personal network among lenders & investors

Problem solving approach and analytical mindset

Good written and verbal communication abilities, Strong interpersonal skills

3 years of work experience, preferably in NBFC, Banks, Fintechs, or Financial Services

Graduate or Post-graduate any stream / CFA
