Preparation of monthly/quarterly & Annual Financial Statements as per IGAAP and Audit Committee/Board presentation.

Coordination and finalization of quarterly &; annual Financial Statements and with Statutory Auditors & Regulator auditors.

Interaction with Investor Due diligence auditors and Investment Bankers as a SPOC for fresh Equity fundraising.

Hands-on experience in preparing a forecast, Budget, and next 5 years’ business plan for the company.

Handling direct tax compliance [ IT Return & Tax audit] along with a monthly review of TDS.

Ensuring compliance with GST law and filling of returns & reconciliation with FS.

Preparation of Monthly reporting dashboard for MD office e.g.: OSS, Yield, Model wise profitability, Segment reporting, etc.

Analysis & identification of variances between actual and forecast data (Variance Analysis).
