Responsible for fundraising and borrowing plan for the organization

Liaising with various lenders for fund raising, sourcing new avenues of fund raising

Diversify fundraising through various lender segments and instruments viz. Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, Capital Markets, ECBs

Ensure healthy funding pipeline and timely conversion of deal sanctions. Safeguard the interests of the organization in terms of pricing, commercials, covenants and legal undertakings agreed with Lenders & Investors

Monitor the competitive landscape and benchmark the fundraising KPIs; drive best practices within the function

Lead a team of relationship managers and associates; ensure timely submission of information to lenders/investors, coordinate with functional teams for due diligence and post-disbursal activities

Lead investor relations and rating/grading activities, and take necessary steps to improve the brand image & credit profile of the organization

Optimizing Cost of Funds and ensuring adequate liquidity & funds visibility at all times. Reduce dependency on external agents, consultants, and arrangers

7+ years’ experience in fundraising from Banks/NBFCs & Financial Institutions, Capital Markets

Strong personal network among lenders & investors, Preference to team-leading experience in fundraising or treasury

Problem solving approach and analytical mindset, Good written, verbal communication abilities, Strong interpersonal skills
