Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work experience exposure to a MFI / NBFC only
Good knowledge of risk, credit, and lending; understanding of various risk areas and risk measurement methods
Risk management or credit risk analysis or treasury / liquidity / ALM experience or financial risk
Preferably have worked for at least 3+ years in any MFI or NBFC
Qualifications: MBA / Any postgraduate /Any Graduate
Monitoring of key risk through preparation of risk
Overall risk assessment to be performed for the assigned geography
Spot lending opportunities and identify the geographical risk.
To liaison with Internal stakeholders to ensure identification of EWS (Early warning signals which impacts the loan book quality.
Creative thinking and analytical problem-solving skills, innovative thinking and attention to detail with regards to risk
Good Leadership skills is considered essential to proactively organize, direct and motivate a multi – cultural workforce to attain high performance standards on a sustained basis.
Maintain proper documentation in all risk assessment files to ensure that the Record Retention and Internal Audit policies and procedures are followed.

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitoring of key Audit through preparation of Audit dashboards for the assigned geography on a monthly basis.
Good understanding of NBFC/Bank operations, loan products, systematic & systemic Audit events to all areas of credit Audit management within the organisation.
To cover various NBFCs and MFIs in the assigned geography to spot lending opportunities and identify the geographical risk.
To liaison with business team, Credit team, audit team, Head office and other Internal stakeholders to ensure identification of EWS (Early warning signals) which impacts the loan book quality.
Creative thinking is essential for the general improvement of service and operational standards to maintain competitive edge, given the fiercely competitive environment in which the branch operates.
Overall Audit assessment to be performed for the assigned geography on a periodic basis.
Analytical problem-solving skills, innovative thinking and attention to detail is necessary to solve operational/technical problem and for the constant improvement of workflows, procedures etc, to improve productivity and customer service.
Good managerial ability is considered essential to proactively organize, direct and motivate a multi – cultural workforce to attain high performance standards on a sustained basis.
