Banking and Financial product Knowledge– Term Loan / NCD/MLD /DA/ PTC/ CP/G Sec/ ECB. other if any.

Building Strong relationships with Banking, Financial institutions, investors or Clients and external stakeholder. Lender or investor reporting and communications.

Pre-Fund raising or borrowing Doc screening process like Term sheet and covenants scrutiny, negotiating on commercials, covenants terms and conditions, securities, other terms if any. Fund raising (Borrowing) process Legal clearance, compliances fillings, document gathering, other if any.

Front end person to Address all Lender or borrower quarries, escalations and communications on time-to-time basis. Act as centric person between Borrowing) Fund raising team, Treasury teams and management.

Internal system process monitors (Twin line) of DA/ PTC pool assets mapping, pool collection and pay-outs and pool performance. Other if any. ALM reporting preparation to fillings.

Coordinate with ratings agencies (SMERA ICRA, CRISIL) or external valuator for all credit ratings of borrowing instruments of organisations.

Monitor the entity DA or PTC convent breaches and publish the reports or communication management or lender on regular intervals. Covenant testing and tracking, and providing alerts -for term loans, NCDs, sub debts, PTCs (if any).

Investment of daily/weekly floats in overnight and liquid funds, (2) optimization of returns and funds utilization efficiency, (3) investment of near-term and medium-term instruments viz. g-sec, government bonds, high rated debt instruments, PTCs – in consultation with Navi treasury team.

Debt or liability repayment confirmations/follow ups for any overdue reporting. Knowledge on Risk matrix analysis of Investment – DA/ PTC/ G Sec, other if any.

Associates Borrowing team for Debt fund raising Process Like – NCD, MLD, COMMERCIAL PAPER.

Qualification- B Com/ BBA/ MBA/ Diploma in Baking or Treasury or Financial market certification if any. Any graduate/post graduate, preference to MBA from any tier-1/2 college.
