Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
An individual contribution role, where the incumbent is expected to drive financial projections & modelling, planning and analysis, and coordinate for financial optimization projects.
Develop financial plans and oversee financial budgeting and forecasting for the business. Modify financial plan and budget amount based on the changes in business plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely planning and execution of adopted goals. Review the actual results against the budgeted goals to identify and correct issues and variances.
Act as a key contributor for financial related commitments in business projects.
Support process improvement initiatives to achieve financial goals.
Represent business finance strategy to CXOs and facilitate periodic reviews.
Knowledge of financial principles and business model of NBFCs/Banks.
Strong analytical skills and can formulate data-driven strategies,Excel modelling skills and knowledge of any BI tool or scripting/programming language.
Good in communications, inter-personal skills, teamwork and coordination.
Takes initiative and can think of new ways to approach a problem.
